Steven Grubb
Director
Steven Grubb is a recognised leader in compliance, risk and governance, with over 15 years’ experience successfully developing, implementing and overseeing global compliance programmes in multi-national corporations, including BP and Diageo.
​
He is a UK qualified solicitor who has also held senior leadership roles in Legal and Human Resources. This has provided him with a wealth of experience, coupled with extensive international exposure having lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Cayman, Singapore and India and having led major projects in Russia, Eastern Europe, Africa and South East Asia. A particular highlight was the twelve months he spent in India developing an effective and fit for purpose compliance programme for a major Indian publicly listed company.

Closer to home, Steven has had direct dealings with both US and UK regulators in respect of actions concerning FCPA and UK Bribery Act investigations.

Simon Smith has comprehensive international experience with responsibilities for transforming programmes across risk & compliance, finance, IT and HR.
Simon has spent over 20 years working in the Asia Pacific region holding senior positions in various business sectors including professional services (legal, real estate, risk & compliance). For the past 5 years, Simon has been part of a leading global integrity and compliance firm based in Hong Kong. He has now returned to the UK and is working as a consultant with Compliance for Business.
His strong commercial background, combined with the expertise in compliance, ethics and risk ensures a practical and commercially focussed approach to risk and compliance related problem solving.
